Saha will join as a whole-time director pending regulatory clearances and officially assume his role in the bank’s senior leadership team effective immediately, according to a statement.

Industry veteran

With extensive experience spanning ICICI Bank and Bajaj Finance, Saha departed the NBFC last year shortly after becoming managing director, following over eight years with the company.

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, Saha will manage consumer banking operations along with marketing and data analytics functions.

“His expertise in retail finance and data-led growth strategies will strengthen our customer value proposition,” said Ashok Vaswani, MD & CEO of the bank.
