SBI Mutual Fund, India’s top fund house, introduces the SBI Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FoF, an open-ended fund of fund (FoF) scheme designed to invest in actively managed equity and debt-oriented mutual fund schemes. The New Fund Offer (NFO) will be available for subscription from August 25, 2025, to September 8, 2025.
The scheme aims to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in a mix of actively managed equity and debt-oriented mutual fund schemes. However, there is no guarantee that the investment objective will be met.
Mr. Nand Kishore, MD & CEO, SBI Funds Management Limited, commented: “Our focus remains on providing innovative solutions to help investors confidently navigate market cycles. The SBI Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FoF offers a convenient, all-in-one investment approach by blending existing actively managed equity and debt funds. By dynamically adjusting asset allocations based on market conditions, it seeks to optimize diversification, manage risk, and create long-term wealth.”
Mr. D P Singh, Deputy MD & Joint CEO, SBI Funds Management Limited, added: “In today’s market environment, investors seek a balanced strategy to tap into both equity and fixed-income opportunities. This FoF adapts to changing conditions, providing a diversified solution by investing in actively managed equity and debt funds.”
The scheme’s asset allocation will range between 35% to 65% in equity-oriented schemes, 0% to 65% in debt-oriented schemes, and up to 5% in money market instruments. It will invest in SBI Mutual Fund schemes and/or other mutual funds. Investors should note that recurring fees apply to both the FoF and underlying schemes. The minimum initial investment is ₹5,000, with subsequent purchases starting at ₹1,000. SIP options (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) are available. For full details, visit www.sbimf.com.
The fund will be co-managed by Ms. Nidhi Chawla (equity) and Mr. Ardhendu Bhattacharya (debt).
