Jason Kruse joins Minor Hotels to lead Anantara Maldives Complex as General Manager

Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner and operator with more than 560 properties across 59 countries, has appointed Jason Kruse as Complex General Manager overseeing Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, and Naladhu Private Island Maldives.
With over two decades of hospitality expertise, Kruse brings extensive experience in luxury resort operations, pre-opening leadership, and strategic transformations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Having previously managed Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences, Kurumba Maldives, and JA Manafaru, Kruse possesses in-depth knowledge of the Maldivian market and luxury traveler expectations. His career also includes leadership roles at premium beach and island resorts in Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, where he frequently guided property launches and revitalization initiatives. At each destination, he has successfully aligned teams with brand standards, enhanced guest satisfaction, and achieved consistent business growth.

In his new position, Kruse will direct strategy and operations for three distinct properties: adults-exclusive Anantara Veli, family-oriented Anantara Dhigu, and the ultra-exclusive Naladhu Private Island. Collectively, these resorts embody Minor Hotels’ commitment to purposeful luxury, cultural authenticity, and memorable moments.
