Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch Opens Reservations Ahead Of Landmark Debut

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch has begun accepting bookings ahead of its eagerly awaited autumn launch, highlighting a major milestone in one of London’s most ambitious heritage restoration initiatives and the debut of the Waldorf Astoria brand in the United Kingdom.

Situated on The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace in St James’s, the iconic Grade I‑listed Admiralty Arch will host overnight guests for the first time ever. Bookings are now available for stays starting March 1 2027, with earlier dates likely to be announced as the property nears its autumn opening.

Covering roughly 200,000 sq ft, Admiralty Arch has long stood as one of London’s most recognizable landmarks and a hub for royal ceremonies and national occasions. Commissioned by King Edward VII in memory of Queen Victoria and designed by Sir Aston Webb—the architect responsible for Buckingham Palace’s famed façade—the structure has undergone a comprehensive restoration to become a luxury hotel while retaining its historic character.Admiralty ArchChef At Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch

Commenting on the project, Leonard Sebastian, Reuben Brothers, said, “As stewards of Admiralty Arch, our aim is to restore this remarkable building with the care and respect its legacy warrants, safeguarding its architecture, craftsmanship, and character for generations to come. Together with leading UK historians, artisans, and conservation specialists, and in partnership with Hilton, Clare Smyth, and Daniel Boulud, we are crafting its next chapter—honouring its storied past while securing its status as an enduring icon for the century ahead.”

Guillaume Marly, General Manager, said, “Launching reservations represents a pivotal moment for the hotel, and we are thrilled to revive this extraordinary building for the city. We eagerly anticipate re‑awakening Admiralty Arch, turning a national monument into a destination that unmistakably embodies London—grand in heritage, vibrant in spirit. It will be a place that feels both timeless and wholly contemporary.”

Dino Michael, Senior Vice President and Category Head, Hilton Luxury Brands, added, “Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch embodies a rare blend of history, location, and opportunity. Welcoming overnight guests to a building of such cultural and national importance for the first time is both an honour and a duty. This aligns with Waldorf Astoria’s vision of occupying the world’s most significant destinations, where heritage is not merely a backdrop but reimagined as a living, contemporary experience for today’s luxury traveller.”
