Generali Central Life Insurance launches term plan with ULIP

2 min read

Generali Central Life Insurance (formerly Future Generali India Life Insurance) has introduced the Generali Central Sampoorna Samadhaan Plan—a Term with Unit Linked Insurance Plan (TULIP).

The plan merges life insurance coverage with long-term wealth creation, enabling policyholders to safeguard their future while advancing their financial objectives. Designed for those pursuing a balanced strategy for protection and wealth accumulation, it maintains both priorities effectively.

This offering provides life coverage up to 100 times the annual premium alongside market-linked investment opportunities for wealth growth. Customers gain flexibility to customize premium payment terms and policy duration according to their financial needs.

Policyholders may select investments across nine fund options to personalize their strategy. The plan allows Systematic Partial Withdrawals (SPW) at regular intervals, enabling fund access without compromising long-term savings objectives.

As a loyalty incentive, the insurer will refund up to double the premium allocation charges deducted ten years earlier at the conclusion of the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th policy years. Additionally, starting from the 11th policy year, up to twice the mortality charges from a decade prior will be credited to the policy, enhancing benefits.

Two optional riders expand coverage: the Generali Central Linked Accidental Death Benefit Rider and Generali Central Linked Accidental Total & Permanent Disability Rider, delivering supplemental protection against unexpected incidents.

Alok Rungta, MD & CEO of Generali Central Life Insurance, emphasized the product’s design to broaden life insurance accessibility while promoting market-linked solutions, particularly among individuals aged 30-49.

By combining Generali’s global insurance expertise with Central Bank of India’s nationwide presence, Generali Central Life Insurance aims to enhance insurance inclusivity across Indian households.
