Accor signs 450-key Pullman and ibis dual-branded development near Bengaluru Airport

Accor has announced a new dual-branded project featuring Pullman Bengaluru Airport and ibis Bengaluru Airport, which will contribute 450 rooms to its pipeline in Bengaluru’s expanding northern airport corridor. Developed by Bengaluru-based SLK Group, the property is expected to debut in 2032.
The upcoming complex will feature 200 rooms at Pullman Bengaluru Airport and 250 rooms at ibis Bengaluru Airport, merging Accor’s premium and economy brands under one roof. These hotels will serve business and leisure travelers, MICE delegates, airline crews, transit passengers, and long-stay project teams.
Situated in Bengaluru’s airport corridor, the project is designed to meet the increasing demand driven by the growth of aviation, technology, aerospace, logistics, and commercial operations in North Bengaluru.

This project mirrors the evolving airport ecosystem in Bengaluru, where the intersection of business, technology, aviation, and expanding commercial districts is fueling the demand for lodging across a diverse range of traveler segments.”
Pullman Bengaluru Airport will offer three food and beverage outlets, comprising a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge bar, and an all-day dining restaurant. It will also provide around 1,500 sq m of meeting and event space, complemented by pre-function and ancillary areas for conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
ibis Bengaluru Airport will feature roughly 300 sq m of conference and event space, alongside an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a bar. Both properties will provide guests with access to a fitness center and a swimming pool.

This agreement further broadens Accor’s pipeline in Bengaluru and highlights the increasing significance of the airport corridor beyond transit demand, as the region evolves into a center for businesses, meetings, events, and extended stays.
