Palette Amritsar Appoints Mukul Kapoor as General Manager

Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar has named Mukul Kapoor as its new General Manager, a role he will assume in September 2026. Managed by PRISM, the property is situated in Amritsar, Punjab. Kapoor brings more than eight years of hospitality expertise to the position, with a strong background in hotel operations, front office management, revenue optimization, business development, guest relations, and comprehensive property management.
His professional journey showcases consistent growth through various leadership levels, starting as a Front Office Executive and advancing through roles such as Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager.
Prior to joining Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar, Mukul served in leadership capacities with the Ramee Group of Hotels & Apartments, Amritsar, as General Manager. His previous experience also includes serving as Sales & Operations Manager at Dew Drop Hotels Amritsar and Operations Manager at Comfort Hotel by Choice Hotels, Amritsar. Additionally, he held multiple roles at Lords Eco Inn Hotel, Amritsar, where he rose from Front Office Executive to Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, and Operations Manager.
Throughout his career, Mukul has managed diverse responsibilities including hotel operations, financial and revenue management, sales, business development, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. He is skilled in maintaining service standards, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational strategy, as well as overseeing rooms, restaurants, and banquet operations through cross-functional team leadership.
In recognition of his professional excellence, Mukul was honored with the Operation Manager of the Year Award in April 2023. He was also a participant in the 2023 GM’s Conclave of Lords Hotels & Resorts and the Annual Leadership Meet 2026 of the Ramee Group of Hotels & Apartments.
He earned a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Lords Institute of Management, Surat, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab.
Leveraging his extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue growth, and team management, Mukul Kapoor is set to lead Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar, focusing on operational excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
